Hotel Features. This updated, historic University District hotel offers scenic city and mountain views. The university area is known for its many restaurants, coffeehouses, vintage clothing shops and eclectic book stores within walking distance of the hotel. As guests enter Hotel Deca, an Art Deco style lobby provides charming ambience while Tully's, the attached coffee shop, lends congenial atmosphere. The District Lounge is an intimate restaurant and lounge that serves a globally inspired menu, borrowing from Pacific, Southwest and Mediterranean influences. Live jazz performs on selected evenings.
